Training is delivered through Chrysler Group Learning Center in each facility. The stand-alone systems contain multimedia programs that workers can use on their own, testing their understanding of the material at the end of each segment. A UAW Health and Safety Trainer is on hand to schedule workers for time in the Learning Center and answer their questions. Additional health and safety training for the skilled trades is provided by UAW-Chrysler journeymen at our World Class Manufacturing Academy (WCMA) in Warren, Mich.
