Workplace Violence Prevention

A one-hour training program provided throughout FCA US locations that includes awareness, methods and techniques to prevent workplace violence through early detection and intervention. The purpose is to educate employees and provide the necessary training, guidelines, and structure to maintain a violence-free workplace while treating those in need of assistance with dignity and respect. The training program also educates employee on the FCA’s Policy 3-7 (Workplace Violence Prevention). Active shooter preparedness follows the Department of Homeland Security recommended protocol, “Run-Hide-Fight,” and is communicated to all FCA US employees.
